A handful of older complaints flag warranty registration gaps after project completion and frustration with moving-target pricing on window estimates.
Andy OnCall has a fractured track record split between five-star praise for responsive management and quick fixes on small jobs, and one/two-star complaints about no-shows, failed bathroom tile installations, invoices that don't return, and unprofessional communication. Evidence is limited to review text only; detail on tile-specific expertise is scarce.
