Most clients experience fast, clean tile and flooring installation with transparent pricing and a responsive owner (Matheus/Mateo). A small number report unfinished work and communication breakdowns after payment.
Ten reviews, all five-star. Customers highlight Daniel's communication, precision with complex tile layouts, and professionalism on bathroom work. Follow-up service and fair pricing are noted strengths. No complaints recorded.
Five-star reviews praise fast installations, level workmanship, and staff like Jay and Michael who stay in touch. However, repeated complaints flag upfront quote padding (60% increases at purchase), vague measuring specs, uneven trim work, and subcontractors who vanish mid-project. Service gaps persist even after completion. Choose them for straightforward jobs with clear scope; expect friction on complex or multi-room projects.
Minimal review text is available, but a 4.8 average rating across four Google reviews indicates consistently strong customer satisfaction. The business operates across tile installation, stone, and commercial flooring in the Tampa area.
